Why Trust Matters More Than Perfect Photos in Brand Photography
Running a business is demanding.
Whether you own a gym, yoga studio, dental clinic, counselling practice, or private studio,
you spend years building skills, systems, and relationships — often quietly, behind the scenes.
But before someone books, walks in, or reaches out,
your photos speak first.
In a world filled with AI images and generic visuals,
what’s becoming rare is real presence, real emotion, and real connection.
That’s where I come in.
What I Help You With
I help business owners translate who they are into images people can feel.
Not staged.
Not generic.
Not stock-photo perfect.
I focus on:
Making you look trustworthy, calm, and credible
Showing the human side of your work — not just the space
Creating images that help people feel confident choosing you
This is especially important for professionals whose work involves care, guidance, or responsibility.
When people feel something real in your photos,
they’re far more likely to trust you — and take the next step.
Who This Is For
This service is designed for professionals whose work depends on trust and connection, including:
Gym owners & personal trainers
Yoga and wellness studios
Therapists, counsellors, and coaches
Dentists and healthcare clinics
Independent business owners building a personal brand
If your clients choose you — not just your service — this is for you.
How I Work
I work one-on-one and personally guide every session.
Before we shoot, I take time to understand:
Your space (size, layout, light)
Your role and how you work with clients
How you want people to feel when they see your photos
I observe first, then guide gently.
The goal is to create images that feel natural, grounded, and emotionally real — not forced or performative.
What We Typically Create
Depending on your business, this may include:
Approachable, professional brand portraits
You working naturally with clients or tools
Staff or team portraits (if applicable)
Space, detail, and atmosphere images
The result is a cohesive image library you can confidently use across:
Website
Social media
Booking platforms
Marketing and promotions
How Long Does a Session Take?
Most brand sessions take approximately 2–3 hours.
This allows time to photograph:
You as a professional
You in action
Your environment and details
For larger spaces or businesses with multiple staff,
a half-day session is often recommended.
How Many Photos Will I Receive?
Rather than a fixed number,
you’ll receive a curated set of fully edited, brand-ready images.
Most clients receive:
20–35 final images for standard brand sessions
40–70 final images for half-day sessions
Every delivered image is intentional, refined, and usable — not filler.
Investment
Brand photography is an investment in visibility, credibility, and long-term trust —
not a one-time photoshoot.
Brand sessions begin at $950.
Typical project ranges:
2–3 hour brand session: $1,200–$1,500
Half-day brand session: $1,800–$2,500
Final pricing depends on:
Scope of the session
Number of people involved
Size and complexity of the space
Intended commercial usage
A clear quote is provided after a short conversation.
All prices are listed in CAD. Applicable taxes will be added.
Usage & Licensing
Brand sessions include long-term commercial usage for your own business, including:
Website
Social media
Digital marketing
Images are not licensed for resale or third-party distribution by default.
If photos are needed for press, editorial, or magazine features,
additional licensing can be arranged clearly and professionally.
Deposit & Booking
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session
The deposit is applied toward your total project fee
Remaining balance is due on the session day
Rescheduling is permitted with 48+ hours’ notice
About Video & Prints
I specialize in still photography.
Video is not included.
However, sessions allow space for behind-the-scenes clips if you’d like to capture additional content.
Brand sessions focus on digital assets.
Professional print options can be discussed if needed.
Final Note
Strong brand photography isn’t about trends or volume.
It’s about helping people feel something real —
and trust you before they ever meet you.
If this approach feels aligned,
I’d love to learn more about your business
and see how we can work together.
